MARK BEDINGHAM
President & CEO

Mr. Bedingham was appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 23 January 2015. He graduated from Oxford University and began his career with Jardine Matheson in 1977 and was appointed as a Director of Jardine Pacific in 1995. He joined Moët Hennessy (LVMH Group) in the mid-1990s as the Regional Managing Director of APAC. Today, he also serves on the Board of The Artisanal Spirits Company (ASC), a company that owns the Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) a specialist bottler of cask strength single malt whisky and a membership-based e-commerce business. He is also the Vice-Chairman of Aspirational Consumer Lifestyle Corp, a NYSE listed SPAC that successfully achieved business combination with the world’s largest private aviation company in 2021. He has also served as an Executive Chairman in two hospitality companies.

Independent Director

GAO GUANYI

Ms. Vinete is an Independent and Non-Executive Director of SMI Vantage. She is an experienced finance and compliance professional with over 18 years of experience spanning multiple industries, including shipping, marine services, energy, property, and e-commerce. Her career covers both external audit and senior finance roles, having served as Financial Controller for several listed and private companies. In these capacities, she oversaw financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters, including direct engagement with the Singapore Exchange (SGX) on listing and disclosure requirements.

Ms. Vinete holds a Master of Science in Accounting (Data Analytics) and a Bachelor of Accountancy and Finance from Singapore Management University (SMU). She is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with CPA Australia. With her strong technical expertise, governance experience, and data-driven approach, Ms. Vinete contributes valuable insight to the Board’s oversight of financial management, risk control, and strategic initiatives.

Dr Khine is the General Manager of SMI Vantage Limited with a strong track record in driving operational excellence, team leadership, and sustainable business growth. Known for strategic thinking, hands-on management, and delivering results across diverse industries, Dr Khine has an MBA from UBIS University, Switzerland and a M.B.B.S. – University of Medicine, Yangon, Myanmar.
